Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

To return or exchange an item, you must provide proof of purchase. Products that have been used or worn prior to return or exchange will not be accepted. Items may be returned only if they retain their original condition, including packaging, tags, and labels.

The return or exchange period is 14 days from the date you received your order.

Refunds will be processed after we receive the returned item. Funds will be transferred to your card or bank account within 1–5 business days. Please make sure to fill in the full bank details in the return request form to ensure a smooth refund process.

Items must be sent back in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

If you received a defective or incorrect item, the exchange or return will be processed at our expense.
