Information on the care of our knitwear
To ensure that you enjoy our products for as long as possible, we recommend that you follow the rules for care, storage and washing.
General recommendations for the care of knitwear:
- Turn the garment inside out before washing and place it in a laundry bag.
- Machine wash in delicate cycle up to 30° using liquid detergents intended for delicate washing. Spin up to 600-700 revolutions.
- Do not bleach.
- Do not rub or twist the knitwear.
- Horizontal drying with pre-flattening.
- Steam/iron in a slightly damp state, in the "silk" mode at a temperature not exceeding 120 degrees.

Peeling (spools).
The formation of spools on knitwear is inevitable and is an absolutely normal process. This happens due to mechanical friction of the fleecy structure of the knitted fabric during wear.
By following the basic rules for caring for knitwear, you can avoid or minimize its formation.
It's worth remembering the harmful effects of friction from belts, rigid internal elements of outerwear, and other mechanical stress.
If pills do form, use a special machine to remove them.
We don't recommend using scissors or a regular razor, as you may damage your clothes.
Delivery in Ukraine
Delivery is carried out by Nova Poshta. The goods are shipped within 1-3 business days. Delivery time: 1-3 days (depending on your region). The cost of delivery is according to the tariffs of Nova Poshta. Delivery of goods worth less than 7000 UAH is paid separately.
International delivery
International delivery is carried out by Ukrposhta, EMS, Nova Poshta. Estimated delivery time: 7-21 business days (depending on the delivery method, recipient's address and customs procedures). The shipping cost is calculated depending on the recipient's country and is added to the total cost of the goods at the time of checkout. After sending the order, you will receive an email about the status of the order and the declaration number for tracking the parcel. The order is shipped excluding taxes and duties of the buyer's country of residence. We do not send goods to the aggressor countries of Russia and Belarus.

Exchange & Returns
To return and exchange goods, you must have a document confirming the purchase. Goods that were in use before the return and exchange are not accepted. It is possible to return the goods if their presentation, labels and tags are preserved. The return and exchange period is 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

Refunds will be made upon receipt of the goods. We will transfer the funds to your card or bank account within 1 to 5 banking days, for this you need to fill in the full details for transferring funds in the return application.
Please send the order in the original packaging. When returning goods, the delivery is paid by the buyer. If you have received goods of inadequate quality, the exchange and return are made at our expense.
